Shipping:
Courier fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery address - Please ensure to enter the correct postal code as this will determine your delivery costs.
  • National Shipping: R169
  • Local Shipping (Western Cape): R99
Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after order processing, unless the item is made to order.

 

International Shipping:
We currently don't ship internationally but we hope to in the near future.

Returns and Exchanges:
At Wearables, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience, allowing you to shop with confidence.

  • Eligibility:
    • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team either through our website or via email within the 30-day window. Provide us with your order details, reason for return, and any relevant information.
    • Our friendly Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We will arrange collection of your return or a suitable drop off point in your area.
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive your returned item and it passes the eligibility criteria, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the appropriate condition.
    • Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
    • Please note shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Support team. We will assist you in finding the perfect alternative and guide you through the exchange process.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item following the refund guidelines mentioned above.

    Please note that our Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly from Wearables by Isabel Briton. If you have purchased our products through authorized retailers or third-party platforms, kindly refer to their respective return policies.
